Two spaces, One Vision: African Cinema at Cannes 25

For its 7th consecutive year at the Cannes Film Festival, the African Pavilion unveils a bold dual presence:
🔹 Booth 21.09 (Palais -1), Marché du Film
Located at the heart of the world’s premier film market, this space is a strategic hub for African cinema professionals to connect, pitch, negotiate, and forge international partnerships.
🔹 African House by ACA – 3 rue Michel-Ange, Cannes
An immersive cultural space just steps from the Palais, dedicated to screenings, panels, exhibitions, and high-level networking.
Together, these two venues form a dynamic ecosystem where creativity meets opportunity — and where African and diaspora voices shine on the global stage.
A Growing Legacy at Cannes
The cinema section of the African Pavilion was launched at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019 by the African Cultural Agency (ACA).
Since then, it has grown into a leading platform for networking and business in the pan-African film industry.
In 2025, it marks its 7th edition at the Cannes Film Festival, continuing to elevate African cinema on the global stage.
